Initial Consultation
In our initial consultation, we will discuss your financial goals and how we can help you qualify for your loan. In this conversation, we will ask you specific questions to gain an understanding of your overall financial profile. We specialize in helping our clients refinance their mortgages to lower their payments or pull cash out as well as closing on that next new home purchase.
Application and Documentation
We begin working on your application to get you pre-qualified for your loan. Some of the documentation we may require include, W-2s, Pay Stubs, Bank Statements, & Tax Returns.
Lender Shopping and Selection
Since we are approved with a many different lenders, we then begin shopping for and selecting the best lender to suit your needs. With over 30 years of industry experience, we are experts in pairing you with the best lender for your unique situation. We are confident in our ability to find you the best loan programs, lowest interest rates, and fastest turn times available in the industry.
Under Writing
Once we identify the best lender for you, we will then upload your documentation to that lender to gain a conditional approval from the underwriter.
Conditional Approval Process
At this stage, we will order your appraisal, insurance, & title work. Additionally, we will also provide the lender with any requested documentation in order obtain a CLEAR TO CLOSE
Closing Day
Our top priority is making sure you are prepared for a fast and easy Closing Day! One thing that separates American Home Finance Group from our competition is that we meet with you prior to closing day to review all the financial details of the loan so that there are no surprises and closing day runs smoothly.
